Hattie B's, the home of Nashville's famous hot chicken. A staple to the city and a chicken lover's dream, Hattie B's Hot Chicken is a chain restaurant based out of Nashville. Hattie B's was founded by a father and a son, both named Nick Bishop who decided to create a restaurant specializing in hot chicken and everything southern. If you're feeling brave enough to try the spiciest option Hattie B's has to offer, prepare yourself for a mouth full of sever spice. The chicken is first prepared using ghost peppers as an ingredient and then served on a white bread bun and pickles to garnish. To go along with your chicken the restaurant has a wide selection of sides to choose from, from macaroni and cheese to the traditional baked beans Hattie B's has it all.
