Found on açaí palm trees in South America, the berry is a superfood that's packed with antioxidants, fiber and calcium. Açaí bowls look and almost taste like ice cream minus the guilt. Typically a thick smoothie served with fruits, granola or even peanut butter these bowls are a healthy yet delicious treat.
